Members info

Great to see the new forum and website-well done.

I was hoping that there would be a need for more member info to be entered in the detail box. Most members location is not completed and I feel this would make it easier to target advice when asked.

The last forum was filled with blank locations-shame the new one is the same.

Seems a bit pointless having the info boxes if you dont enforce minimum content.

why enforce something that is not proveable?

if people wish to add the info they can to whatever degree of accuracy is up to them.

  • What Nick said; there's no way would could enforce that and have plenty of people actually join up.

  • I dont see what the problem with giving your location would be.
If people chose to give inaccurate info then any help, ie. where to get....? would be inaccurate too. Their loss

It just seems sensible to have more info...well to me anyway.
