Anyone out there know if I can use motorbike fork oil in my rock shocks (assuming the oil weight is correct)? Or do I have to use 'mountain bike' fork oil?

as long as it does not have seal swellers in it you should be fine."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

it's on the bottle perhaps?
Is it a certain chemical?
Or should I have got a bucket BEFORE opening the forks up??
