cranks and BB cups?
i've finally got a work stand so there's no excuse not to do my own fettling. but i'm not sure what tools are compatible with that crankset.

after undoing the clamping bolts or preload bolt the seperate arm (left) should just pull off and the right one pull out."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

the non-drive side crank arm will come undone with what I seem to recall is an 8mm Allen key; it cups inside a self extracting collar which will pull the crank off. Note the assembly order for putting it back together.
Take crank off. Push axle spindle back through BB shell to drive side, or give it a tap with a soft wood drift. Beware buggering the splines. Remove drive side assembly (chainwheels, spider and Mega EXO axle), then get to work at the bearing cups.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
