Hi Folks.

I'm trying to start how i mean to carry on i.e. clean/service my bike regularly.

Rock Shoks recommend you lubricate the TORA 318 seals every 10hrs....but lubricate with what?

Never had a bike with shocks before.

Cheers

Wal

10 rides not 10 hrs. All you need to do is simply use any kind of teflon bike spray , spray it on and then compress the shocks about 10 times so that it lubricates the seals aswell, job done..

I read somewhere jsut use something like Red Rum (internal oil) but I just use teflon oil. Chain Reaction do a silicon spray designed for it to which looks a good idea.
