Bike stores in Sheffield

Hi,

can anyone recommend a good bike store in Sheffield, we are off to Meadowhall in a couple of hours, and I thought I would go have a browse.

    JE James are fairly close in Rotherham/Sheffield, or if you have the time then drive up a couple of junctions to Barnsley and call in at Race Scene...well worth the trip.

    Race Scene can be found on the A61 in Barnsley town centre - come off of the M1 at J36 at follow the A61 to Barnsley - after a drop into Worsborough and a climb up a long hill continue through the lights at the crossroads and onwards towards Barnsley. Go past the bus depot on your right and they are approx 800 yards further down on the right hand side. They really are top guys and are stockists for Casati, Somec, Time plus others and also offer a top class fitting service.

    that the old tracky depot?

    i'll be heading into barnsley on friday en route from coventry (take the A roads as the car prefers them) via shefield so i'll keep a look out for it

    also langsett cycles on infirmary road which are good, and apparently 'wilson' cycles on city road which apparently makes frames.
