Prices vary from place to place. If you want a good, reliable performer thats easy to set up and maintain I'd get the Deore. About 95 quid a pair.

Give it a go. You got a disc wheel right? And dont need a new shifter?

no ive finally decided im going singlespeed. and you get the whole set up including disk, lever and brake caliper so i personally think its a great deal
