Fox DHX3 Manual or settings for a 14st rider

Hi Guys

Looking for the maual for my rear shock, Fox DHX3 on a Spesh Enduro. I'm 14st and just wondering how much air I should be running in it. I'm worried I'm going blow the shock if I'm not careful.

Fox DHX3 air or coil?

if air then untill the sag is correct.

Manuals are available on both spesh and fox's webbys.

But please note there is no given presure for a weight as there are that many variables it is not posible.


just set the presure to give the required sag. and then tune to your riding.
