I'm pretty sure I have a 1997 Zaskar frame and I'm fitting for the first time some gear cables does the gear cables for the front and rear go through the cable guides on the main down tube and then under the bottom bracket tube as there is nothing to hold the cable in place under there and up to the front and to another cable guide on the chainstay tube to the rear.
HELP it looks alright but the cable is going to be moving side to side under the bottom bracket tube :roll:

from what i remember on my 1997ish tempest was that there was a plastic cable run on the bottom bracket tube.Show me your green bits i might buy them !0

No there's definetly nothing there and nothing to fix something like that on it0

I have a 96 Zaskar LE, pretty much identical frame. A plastic guide screws into the bottom of the BB shell - you can by them.0

Do you know where or I was going to use cable ties to hold them in place0

I think they are fairly standard. Just try the LBS, or ring a GT dealer.0
