hey i would like to know what i could run for the frount and the back as a gearing ratio which will get my frount sprocket up and out of the way at the skate park. and will still be good for trails, park and dirt jumping.

cheers

    What cranks are you running?

On a normal four-arm crank, 20t is probably the smallest you can go. Maybe 22t. It'd probably be the same for a compact 5-arm crank.
  • i have dmr crisis so i want a spline drive dmr chainring, as for the back whats the smallest i can run on a freewheel
  • if i can get a 12 on the back what can i run on the frount which is good for street and park plus dirt

If you're running a 12t on the back then you want a 28t on the front to maintain the ideal MTB ratio.

That's what I run and it's good for most stuff.

Here's a sticky from the Jumping section might help you figure things out....
