At last i am back in the saddle after about 12yrs, learnt to drive got lazy etc etc regretted ever selling my lovely Giant Cadex Carbon Road Bike. Any way been out 3 times so far, 1st run - did 16mls, avg spd 14.5mph, 1hr 8mins. 2nd run - Local Club Run 30mls, avg spd 11.5mph, took ages!! 3rd run - 7mls, 17mph, 25mins.
I used to be able to do 10mls in about 25mins, and i am hoping to get close to that level again...........hopefully!!
How am i doing?
