Swinger 3 way spring removal?

Anyone any idea how to remove the whole shock from the frame?
I've undone the retaining bolts at each end but the damn thing won't budge?
help quick as the bikes in bit's in the kitchen and the missus won't be too happy when she gets back from yoga!

Frame : Orange Patriot 6.6
Solution: Screwed in the Bolts back in 3/4 way, then a couple of short taps with the ole rubber mallet had them bushings out in no time...
(bit of a blonde moment) :P
Nice and new Ti spring is fitted and ready to boing away!
