Is it possible to put these buttons at the top AND bottom of each page, as I find it rather frustrating to have to scroll back up to the top of a page to "View previous topic :: View next topic" ?

Thanks - and I hope this hasn't been mentioned already - I did try to read through all 11 pages of this section !
