Weymouth/Poole - Routes please!!!

I am going to spend a few days in and around Weymouth and Poole and was hoping for route suggestions of approx 50 miles please.

was down there a few weeks back, not on the bike unfortunately, but if you like hills?? then head towards portland bill from weymouth, not that far but it looks like a beast to climb! ver scenic as well once you get to the top.
