Tyres

My bike came with a set of Tioga Blue Dragons attached and so far I have found them to be great off road but lately I have been getting about a bit more on the bike and its involved using a lot more roads than these tyres are designed for.

They wear down on tarmac at a pretty fast rate and i'm certain that they are ading a lot of drag. I would like to change them for something that would be better for the road (where I have been mostly of late) but still usable on the trails without sacrificing too much grip.

After a gander at wiggle I found these: Specialized crossroads armadillo elite folding tyre. Are they likely to be the sort of thing that I am looking for? My current tyres say 26x2.10 whilst these specialized are 26x1.95. Will they still fit and if i'm buying inner tubes for them are the 26x1.5-2.2 the correct size.

They are aramid beaded instead of wire. I hear kevlar beaded tyres are the stuff though these days. To be honest I have no idea what I am talking about since I have never bought tyres for a MTB before. It's so much easier on my motorbike :)

Any guidance would be appreciated. If you can recommend a better tyre that would be great.

Cheers.
