Hope Head Doctor or Azonlic Headlock or Plain old SFN

I am considering getting either a Hope Head Doctor or Azonic Headlock, They both have pretty good reviews but i was wondering if they are actually gonna be worth buying or if i should just stick to the plain old SFN.

SFN, lighter and less fiddly than the hed doctor.

I've never had any problems with SFNs.

SFN works perfectly, I'd have one every time unless a carbon steerer.
