secure frame painting

Hey guys - i ve got an idea to make me a millionaire.........
why does nt anyone offer a service where you could paint your frame a neutral colour and personolise it with your name or what have you (suppose you could do other things as well)
I can understand why the brands don't do it - cos they want people passing by to know what the bike is etc etc
surely i can't be that expensive and must provide a security benefit with no one able to sell on the frame with John smith SW1 written on it
