bottom half waterproofs?

So apologies if I am in the wrong thread or forum or whatever – new at this posting stuff.

Now that summer is over !! I want to find a set of waterproof Bib tights (or similar), full length and I can’t seem to find any. I don’t like wearing the ‘shell’ type materials because all that flapping around simply gets on my nerves

Are water resistant, not proof.

The other options is those rain leg things you strap to your thighs.

I've got some Sugoi bibs that have a stretchy waterproof membrane on the front and on the backside - I've worn them a couple of times and they seem to work pretty well

Cheers Fullf, was hoping there was something reasonably priced out there - however it is what I am looking for I guess htats just how much what I want costs
