commencal supernormal vs cannondale cafffiene f3

ii imagine this must be a boring question, but which one is better, if its possible to say, ive narrowed my choice down to these two which im able to get through work from edinburgh cycles, rode the cannondale and wasnt that impressed, it was ok, havent tried commencal yet. What I want is a fastish xc bike for a grand ultimately, any experiences of either would be good to hear, supernormal comes without disc brakes so would have to upgrade it after buying, cannondale only has 80mm travel. cheers
