A quick spin on the road this morning to be followed by a local loop this afternoon and a look at a piece of singletrack I found.

Tomorrow will see a visit to an old favourite route with a reasonable amount of climbing and a nice descent before a couple of steam crossings to cool the feet off.

Sunday will be a nice social road ride including a steady 600m climb to Puerto de Canencia.

So, what are you up to?

Probably very little actually, I'm supposed to be going to Hamsterly Forest on Sunday with a mate but he always pulls out , still, he may suprise me

wow think180 that is dedicated! i live in leicester and don't drive (i'm 25 and have no reasonable excuse), so frustrated about lack of routes round here!

I'm going to be getting things ready for my holiday down in Somerset, Get the maps out get the routes marked. Making sure the house is sorted, hope to get out for a short blast.

I'm resting my knees after a week's commuting and a blast back from Shrewsbury to Telford last Sunday. I am definitely feeling the pain

Fitness level = 8 out of 10.
Knee's ability to carry the load my muscles are generating = 4 out of 10.

we've just re-opened "The Demo" trail and re-opened the rebuilt "Back Passage" which has a huge kicker ramp at the bottom :shock:
