Narrowed down selection but still cannot decide!!

After doing a fair bit of looking about, I have narrowed the choice of bikes available to me to the below:
Saracen Mantra 1 (replacing some parts) - under £225 + replacement parts
Carrera Kraken (replacing some parts) - under £325 + replacement parts
Carrera Fury - under £450
Kona Shred - roughly £500
Claude Butler Cape Wrath D27 (with hydraulic Discs) - under £500
Fuji Tahoe Comp - Roughly £500
My budget is roughly £500 give or take a few quid if need be, and of the bikes I have looked at in person, these are the ones that I liked. I was leaning towards the Fuji Tahoe Comp, but the shop only has the 20.5" frame version in at the moment (I am 6' with 33" inside leg), and it felt comfortable to sit on but was worried about riding it for distance being leant over slightly with my back & neck.
Usage is roughly 60/40 road/xc.
I like them all but can only afford/justify buying one bike.
Which one should I go for out of the above as in all honesty I cannot really afford to be replacing parts every other week?
Thanks in advance.

Not all the same sort of bike, the mantra is a hardcore hardtail and weighs a ton. Sounds like you need a standard trail/xc machine. Fury would get my vote, spend the top end of your budget, rather than a cheaper bike to upgrade. It will come down to what feels best.0

Cheers. Bought a Cape Wrath D27 today. Happy with it apart from the LBS sold me a set of lights for it that DON'T fit the oversize bar!!!!! I specifically asked for a set of lights that would fit the bike fine knowing this and was given the ones that didn't!!
Back to them on Monday for refund I think and off to Halfords tomorrow to buy a set of lights there instead.
Just need to decide which ones now, but thats a different thread entirely!0
