Cove Handjob seatclamp

Hi all,
I was after a Hope QR Seatclamp for my 2006 Cove Handjob frame. On the specs from the Cove website it says the seatclamp size should be 29.8MM. On the Merlin Cycles website they stock 28.6mm, 31.8mm or 34.9mm. Would one of these be suitable? If so, which one?

I dont know about awesome names....i just dont know if i could ride a bike called a handjob. But i do like the stiffee frames alot tho. 0
