Hope XC front hub bearing removal

Can anyone explain how to get the bearings out? Do I need a special tool?

Or do I need to destroy the current bearing to remove it?

Don't want to take it to LBS as they know less than me and are less careful!

hope have an exploded diagram, and Park Tools site shows you how to do it. Basically you drift the bearings out using sockets and a mallet.
