I am about to buy a digital box and just wondered which channel the Tour will be covered on. Anyone got any ideas?

If it is Eurosport can I subscribe to Eurosport without all the Sky rip off stuff?

  • Hi,

You can see it on the Beeb on Sunday 16th (2 hours on BBC 2) or on Eurosport later the same day.

    Hi,

Is that a highlights programme of the whole race? Will any channels be showing daily highlights?

There haven't been any daily highlights on any channel in the previous years. BBC 2 usually show a 60 minute highlight package of all the stages on the final day before going live to the final few kilometres straight after.
  • It is a highlights programme of the entire race. There's no channels showing daily highlights, but look out for the ToB on your local BBC evening news!

I worked out my travel plan for seeing the final stage, reckon i can just get to Glasgow Green in time from Sanquhar using the train. Provided everything is running on time as there aren't many trains to/from Sanquhar, worst case is I miss the train to Glasgow and have to travel to Carlisle to get back to Dundee!

The highlights shows will have to be recorded as I am doing an easy 50 mile from Glasgow to Edinburgh on the Sunday.
