Just had All Bran for lunch....
Trouble is, it was 10 days passed its 'use by' date on the packets.
Be ironic if it gave me the squits wouldn't it?

Allbran, who are you kidding, gave some bran flakes a gunnishing at 10:30 to sort out some post commute hunger, then just ploughed through a hot salt beef with gherkin and mustard on Rye.

Shredded Wheat is truly the ceral of the gods.
The feeling of power as you alone decide the fate of your body when deciding how much unhealthy stuff to add. The heady heights of peanut butter on dry Shreaded Wheat and the subsequent low of getting busted for the huge mess left on the lounge floor and the sofa.

Quite a fan of All Bran - need to eat it quick though. Loses its appeal when it turns into soggy mush.0
