Continental Vertical Tyres

I am in need of a new back tyre. My bike came from the shop with Continental Vertcals fitted. However now the rear tyre is past it. I spend about 50% of my time off road and the rest is the ride to work or my best off-road spots.I have a Full Suss german enduro bike ''2DANGER EDR 3'' .My question is have any of you guys got any recommendations for a replacement tyre ?do you think my Conti Vertical is a good choice as the front is still fine and I can get them pretty cheap from my LBS.I know these are pretty daft questions,but I am in germany with the army so I am away from the english speaking MTB scene.Any help would be great.
Riding around Osnabruck on my German MTB that nobody has ever heard of 2DANGER EDR full suss ,manitou minute,manitou swinger,Truvative bits and bobs with XT running gear.oh and Mavic rims
