to be honest i had an arguement with my LBS (ha i do use caps) LolLol I DiD hAvE a SeT Of ShImAnO qr bUt I hAd Them nicked at colllege . so i was looking for a set of locking ???maybe?0

I'm a huge Hope fan, i've had several sets of their disk brakes. So when i wanted some new skewers and a seat post clamp i went for Hope. I was quite happy with them as well.
Then i got my new bike which has Specialised skewers and seat clamp. After playing with them for a while i realised how crap the Hope ones really were! When done up tight i'd really struggle to open the Hope ones, i'd sometimes have to use a spanner as a lever. The Spcialised ones can be undone easily by hand. Far better especially if your fingers are cold.0
