Charge Bikes - Warranty on Titanium Frames

I'm thinking of getting a Charge Duster Ti frame. Does anyone know what the warranty on the frames is? I'm having no luck on the website.

    “3 years warranty against material defects or workmanship”.

    In that case, never believe what Evans Cycles tell you (they said it was limited lifetime).
