Inevitably after just buying a new BB and chainring I've now bent my crank. I've a powerspline BB which limits things but I'll change it if its really not work keeping.
Any recommendation's for what to do? As cheap as possible please

Powerspline not the best fitting: I would be tempted to go for a Shimano octalink set up with bottom bracket. far more durable.0

Some are, some arent, it will be specified. You can use 9spd chainrings on an 8spd set up, but not vice versa0

At the moment I have a 68x113 BB, but the crank needs a 121mm BB. Would a 121mm bb fit in there or will I have to get another crank?0 -
That would have been the crank I recommended! I bought one myself recently, incredible value for money, lighter even than the new LX and lasts so much longer. Yep, use the 68x121: 68 is the frame size, 121 is the spindle length, specific to the chainset. You wont find better for the money than this.0
