Changing Dura ace hollowtech bottom bracket
anybody done this ? I am changing to a new (for me) frame and this is the last piece of the jigsaw....
I have just taken the crank and b/bracket apart and cleaned it all up and have three questions ....
Are they supposed to be on really really tight ? took a lot of effort to unloosen them...
I have some pace grease (thick stuff) can I just use this and does this seal everything up ?
The bearings themselves seem pretty stiff ? should they run free inside the cups or are they supposed to be tight ?
cheers for any advice - my justification for buying a better bike was that i would try and spend less at the lbs.
