brompton 3 speed rear gear nightmare
Hi there - not sure its really 'road' but there you go.
Had a nightmare whilst servicing a brompton 3 speed rear hub (sachs torepdo). I dropped the thing and a pin with a screw thread in the middle, that is used to select gears, has snapped in half, meaning the gears are screwed. Its a tiny part to throw away the hub for but I have no idea where to get spares from - any ideas anyone?
The part is internal to the gears and fits through a slot in the axle - its not any of the externally visible parts. Probably quite unusual to snap it...
Any ideas on where to get an exploded diagram of the hub would be great as well - it is currently exploded and I need to put it back together!

Do you know which hub it is?
Raleigh P&A bring in Sturmey, IIRC. Might be worth giving them a call, though for some reason I don't have their number...0 -
