My mate is looking at getting a new bike.

With the exception of www.devercycles.com, what other websites would you recommend that sell previous years models of bikes??

Cheers

  • Try emailing a few and see what they offer you - I was after something specific and when they didnt have it I got offered loads of good deals on other ones. If you do find find what you're looking for on a website tho and its a past season email them to check they do actually have it in stock..... Ive now ordered the same bike from 3 websites, put in card details only to find out a few days later none of them actually had it after all  Try Sunset MTB.
  • I have used Pauls Cycles and saved £300 on an £1100 hardtail. Although it's mostly internet sales they do set up and check the bikes before selling them (not all places do). After sales is fine too.

takes a while to load, but if you put web address in top bar
like marinbikes.com it will look it up.

Just thought it will help anybody out for future information.

  • Everytime this question comes up i can never plug www.ashcycles.com there prices are extremley competitive and usually one of the cheapest, but its the people that work there is the best thing, very helpful and always have the time of day for you.

I have also used dalecycles and they were very good aswell and helpful. I have also used winstanley bikes and that was a bit hit and miss. Finally the last company i used is tredz and they were very good too. Hope my experiences help :)
