i found where all the clicking and creaking from my bike was coming from, my sdg bel air rl cro-mo (slightly loose rail). i put on the hard heavy ritchey one for now which is silent but not as comfy as the sdg. so i'm looking for a new one that's silent, comfy and light'ish and under £60 any suggestions please?

Saddles are personal thing, but some seem to get the thumbs up from many, one being the Gobi Wingflex.0

thanks for the reply Supersonic i did look at the gobi but it does'nt look like it has that much padding? are there any thoughts on these?
wtb rocket v stealth / slt.
selle italia flite genuine gel.
selle italia slr xc gel flow.
such a shame the sdg is so noisy my rear was really getting along well with it.0 -
Again saddles that many like. The wingflex uses flex in the hull to provide comfort, and it works well! Sometimes too much padding can cause excessive chafing.0

A vote for the WTB Pure V Stealth / STL which I imagine is a variation on the Rocket (narrower?) as it is the most comfortable seat over trails or distance that I've ever owned.
Saying that, I used a Gobi on a 30-mile off-road ride (demo ride) before and I did not even notice it!

Brooks? Or is it just me. Ive had a honey coloured brooks proffessional on my bike since 1989. Keep moving it from bike to bike, dont even know its there, fantastic saddle. Gets a knowing nod now and then too.making it all up as i go along0

i had a look at the charge spoon and really like the look of it but no-one has them in stock anywhere i've looked pah! wiggle say they're getting them in october i'd rather have the cheaper synthetic leather one £20 over the "posh" one £45 but can't find it, doh.0

The Ti railed one is still in black on Wiggle - But not in stock. But says 2-7 days. Which is quicker than October but twice the price.

yeah i know but aswell as being twice the price there's no reviews of it either and i think real leather needs more care than synthetic? and £25 is alot extra for just 15-20grams.0
