custom machined linkage?

i ride a mongoose blackdiamond, 06 model. i love the ride but need a slacker head angle. i noticed that the shock linkage is bolt on and thought maybe a could get a custom part made. it would drop the bottom bracket at the same time which would be a bonus as its sky high. any suggestions where i could get one made. somewhere in the cardiff area would be best. cheers
