Is anyone here from Thames Velo club? I emailed them recently asking if I could do a Saturday run but I havnt heard anything yet

It's August so the person you originally emailed may be away on summer hols.
The editor of the Cyclosport website/forum (Mike Harding) is a Thames Velo member; you could perhaps try getting the info on the club run emailing him via that website:
