Looking to get a PT for racing and training and was looking at a 24 hole hub.
I will be using it 50/50 on the road and on the turbo.
I generally ride on well surfaced roads and weigh 70kg.
Will a 24 be ok or should I go for 28 for strength?

28 sounds better but the marginal benefit of every extra spoke decreases. What rim are you using?0

Yup, depends on your rim choice - 24 hole will be OK for something like a Velocity Deep V or similar, but if sticking to a conventional rim like an Open Pro, then go for the 28 holeMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

Blatant ad: I have (until stocks go) some very cheap PT SL hub systems in 24 hole (£620) and one 32 hole hub system. These are uncoded HRs.
I had a 24 hole PT Pro that i laced to a 30 mm Mavic rim (CXP14 i think) that i used for 2 years for racing and training on. One year in Sussex, and one year in Wales. This wheel was battered on the road and turbo and was perfectly fine. I too have a mass of 70 kg.
