Seat Post that allows side to side adjustment

I was just reading about a seat post which allows you to adjust the saddle side to side (left and right) as well as fore & aft and tilting. Is anyone aware of such a seat post - I think it said fsa was the manufacturer.

    Why?? Are you trying to correct a biomechanical problem?
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    i'm really not sure what this would achieve, biomechanically speaking.
