Garmin Edge 205 Virtual Partner

Does anyone know how to get the Virtual Partner working on Edge 205's when doing a course?
I have followed the instructions but doesn't seem to do the trick!

    That's odd. As long as you have a predefined course downloaded to your unit and the virtual partner enabled using Menu->Training->Virtual Partner->Virtual Partner On it should work.

    You should be able to then see how far ahead or behind you are by pressing the enter button once a couple of times you have started your course. It should show you how many metres ahead or behind you are. You should also see the v.partner indicated on the map.

    Are you seeing the map of your course OK once you have started it?
