Handlebar cllicking

hi there,

Bought a new bike around a month ago, everything been fine, Have noticed handlebar have started clicking when hopping about, is the part and parcel as the bike gets used, the bike is kept in the house and only been used on the road and has never been soaked!

any suggestions?

have you checked all the bolts are tight?
Has the bar got a metal sleeve where the steerer bolts on? I have heard that they can be clicky.

Could be one of many things, its a process of elimination. Check the bolts as above, and the headset.

I had the exact same problem and all it was was the stem bolts holding the bars into the stem needed tightening a fraction, an easy fix.
