    Nice one

    I was surprised that freecycle wasn't mentioned

    http://www.freecycle.org/
    from their site
    Welcome! The Freecycle Network™ is made up of many individual groups across the globe. It's a grassroots and entirely nonprofit movement of people who are giving (& getting) stuff for free in their own towns. Each local group is moderated by a local volunteer (them's good people). Membership is free. To sign up, find your community by entering it into the search box above or by clicking on “Browse Groups” above the search box. Have fun![/quote}

  • I freecycle. The only problem I have with it is the way it uses yahoo groups, I know it's a completely free service, but the current setup makes it a bit awkward to use.
