hello
could some 1 tell me whats the difference between
Shimano XT M770 OE 9 Speed Cassette http://www.wiggle.co.uk/ProductDetail.a ... 5360031020

and

other than there price whats the difference?

    doh. I have no idea other than the 770 is the newer version, and so should be ever so slightly better?????(plus it looks better in the piccy)

    ddoogie other post is different its compairing xt to a standard 1. iv choosen to go with xt but was wondering what was the difference

    The M770 is the new one to go with the 2008 XT groupset, looks a bit different but thats it..same weight...you will prob get a M760 on the cheap now that the new one is out. try Merlin Cyles, they are normally pretty cheap. Be sure to check you dont need new chainrings and a chain or you will have a nightmare with slipping gears.

    Wooly hat shop do an xt chain + cassette combo cheap on ebay.
