magura julie levers

I recently purchased a set of magura julie hydraulic disk brakes through a friend second hand. after fitting them the back one started to leak, so i took my bike to my local shop who told me that they had been over tightend and other stuff but basicly the only way to fix it is with buying a new lever.
now i dont know much about these brakes but well i was looking round the net for levers for them and came across some, after close inspection they seemed to look a little differnt like 2 screws on the resovoir lid where as mine have one, so im guessing mine are a differnt years model.
but basicly the whole point of that large essay i jus typed is would any magura julie or just magura lever fit my brakes or do i need to buy exactly the same lever again???

Contact the magura importers. The fel of a brake is dependat on the ratio of the cyclinders in the lever and caliper - you want this to be the same.0

oh ok then.
the bike shop told me they could order one in for £35 but i was just looking round seeing if i can find them cheaper and came a across one on chainreaction for julies that looked diffrent and was £25sACCK0
