Bella vs Bjarne
so CSC aren't going to sue Bella Jorge because:
"We have been in contact with a German lawyer who has specialised in matters like this. And their assessment of the situation is that the way the article in Der Spiegel was written, it was written by a lawyer and it was written just within the limits. Their assessment of our possibilities of winning a case is not very promising."

Suggesting there is more than a grain of truth in what JJ had to say:
"Jaksche has reportedly said that he directly discussed cortisone use with Riis while on CSC. Jaksche further indicated that Riis knows everything that goes on in his team. Riis has previously denied all knowledge of doping by his riders."

I dont feel it was ever realistic to think that Riis was operating without any knowledge of his riders practices.
Think back to the way Tyler Hamilton rode with that collar bone in 2003 (I think!). I can't accept that Riis didnt know the relevant detail on the medical condition and treatments of Hamilton.0
