scrapping pads

bro

Hi i've got a set of Avid Juicey five disc brakes and the rear disc continually scraps on the pads until the pad has warn away ,there is no warpping of the disc as the noise is constant and there are no gouches out of the disc, the front disc runs fine with no scrapping .Please could you help

MAY THE WALK ON THE OTHER SIDE BE FULL OF BIG DROPS AND FAST DECENTS

You need to centre the caliper.
