I have bought some ortlib panniers but I dont know the first thing about fitting them

Can anybody guide me to a site that give instructions ??

What rack are yuou using?

They should have come with an instruction leaflet, though they are available on the web site as per the links above.

First thing, push the right sized inserts into the two upper hooks (I think there is a pair for 10mm and a pair for 8mm rack tubes, or without inserts they fit 13mm).

Second, unclup the hook mountings - there is a little lever you just pull up so they are free to slide along the rail.

Position the bag where you want it on the rack - prabably further back rather than nearer the front, sliding the two hooks along to facilitate best position. When happy, lock the levers down.

Finally, sort the lower hook out, undo the plastic ring so the hook can rotate and move around the oval fitting, find a position so that the hook grips a rail when the bag is fitted, then tighten it - no tools required.

Repeat with other bag (the bags will probably then need to be used on one side only after this).

To attach or remove bag just lift up on the strap attached to the upper hooks, this unlatches the hooks.
