Pedal inserts on hussefelt

i have a pair of truvative hussefelts and have not taken pedals out for a while and when i took them out i found that the inserts which the pedals screw into have come out with the pedals and i cant seem to take them off the pedal thread.

any ideas?

    Some people have suggested using threadlock to put them back in to the cranks with. Let them dry for a half day to a day. Then try taking the pedals out.
