Hi,
I've been commuting for the last few weeks, had the week before last off enforeced by house/car issues. This week I seem to be aching more than usual, and tonight my achilles seems quite sore. What is the usual cause of a sore achilles?

could be a number of things, peddling technique ? also is your bike saddle at the correct height ?0

Been doing any lifting/straining in the week off with 'house/car' issues?0

I have put my saddle up by 1cm, and i remember ankling a little on the way home...It doesn't feel too bad this morning, I guess i will see how it goes.Cheers

1cm is quite a big change in saddle height!0
