700c Wheel for cross
I noted the braking surface on the rim of one of my bikes is concave, so I think I should replace it before it fails.
It's on a hybrid and used on offroad footpaths, rough roads, etc.
The current wheel is a DeoreLX and Mavic 517(?) 700c rim. I can't find the same rim listed anymore, so assume it's not made now.
What would be a good replacement?
(for under £100.00)
Thanks,
John

get your LBS (or yourself) to swap it over. Budget £20 for spokes+build. £30ish all in.Facts are meaningless, you can use facts to prove anything that's remotely true! - Homer0
