Creaking BB (for the umpteenth time - probably)

Situation:
FSA ISIS compact hollow chainset in a carbon monocoque frame. I have to remove the chainset and loosen the driveside 'cup' every 200 miles or so because it magically tightens itself which causes the creak. Now, as this cup has a left hand thread, you'd think that it would tend to loosen itself over time what with the forward pedalling motion and inherent friction of the bearings and all. But the opposite happens. A chum of mine with a similar c/set - in an aluminium frame - has the same problem but not to the same degree. Yes, I've tried bearing grease and copper grease 'twixt flange and frame - but to no avail, and I'm not convinced about having the BB shell faced, because if it was necessary, then it would be done at the factory - surely?
I'm going Ultratorqe when funds allow, but does anyone have a solution for now?
