Slipping carbon bars

Wonder if anyone can direct me to a proprietry product to help stop my bars slipping ?
I ride a USE electron bar mounted on a Ritchey WCS 4-axis carbon stem. Despite the bolts being torqued to the recommended 5 Nm, the bar position slips gradually over the course of a long ride, especially if the road surface is rough.
I've heard that there is a "prep" that can be applied to carbon parts to help stop this, but don't know what it's called or where to get it.
Does anyone know?

It's called Tacx Dynamic Assembly paste, although there are other products out there.
But the point of the paste is to allow you to use less torque and if a part is slipping now, there seems to be a design problem. Try it but it might not work...0 -
Do you have any web links as to where i can get hold of it?0

A quick search brought up these two online cycle shops.
Haven't tried the big shops (Wiggle, Chain Reaction e.t.c)

Both shops have an 80g pot at £9.990
