I presume he'll be wearing the champs jersey while still at Saunier Duval for the rest of the season.0 -
Nor surprised Macauley was 3rd, he broke the course record on Thursday night on the R10/17 with a 19:41 I think it was. Abergavenney was a good place to be on a bike today: our club 50, the elite crits and the national RR, and what fantastic weather for a change. Did anyone ride the Tour of the Black Mountains or the other sportive on saturday - it was called Bike Wales, but it was changed to Iron Mountain. The 100 mile route went up that gentle slope the Tumble.0

What I'd like to know is what was he doing wearing that half-zip jersey? It is (as you Britons are wont to say) most naff! Was it a one-off due to some special UK sponsors?
As for the argyle, they will have a proper sponsor next year, Chipotle (good moderately-fast-food Mexican restaurant chain), so they shouldn't have the argyle vibe then...but come to think of it, isn't argyle a scot thing, so wouldn't it be most apropos?0 -

It is usually shown on cycling.tv at some stage.
Well done David Millar.0 -
